dulu yg koku i quit.dun want la yg utk markah2 ni.

kwn2 yg turut serta tau enggak sape?mereka adalah Hiedayah busuk, Izati cOmot, Emma mysara,

balik dr swim ari tu celebrate bdae dayah. izati,mar,nani,mimi la yg plan..i tmpg sekaki je.tlg wat helah gak kunun2 lapaa blk dr swim class tu n ajak p mkn..hehe suprise tu jadi or x jadi blkg kire ar hak3..pape thx gak kt deowrg yg bwk saye skali kat kedai abe tu..hehe.mkn cheesecake n mushroom soup. hmmph.. as usual, tgk pics yah. :)

tau x, ape lg halangan kali ni nk bkak bracess i yg da betaon ni. okih.my debonding appointement  was at 8 feb 2011 kul 8 am. isnin n selasa pnye class tpkse ponteng. i came early sgt2 ke klinik tu sbb smgt nk bkk bracess. bfore 8 da smpai da. tp u noe wat hapend? eletric tak ade! oh c'mon..cne doc nk bkk bracess ni kalo sume machine2 n segala robot xde letric suply? jd i tgu jgk la until 9 am..pelik tul..building laen sume ade current tp klinik tu je xde. yg technician ntah pape ntah x smpai2. two moms yg bwak ank dorg utk checkup blah da..sbb lame sgt tgu..plus bengang la kan.siap da gadoh2 dgn nurse ckp klinik x efficient,lembab n so on..n saye? msh sbr menunggu.dlm ati ni.." tlg la pliz la.if doc kate postpone lg then what's da point i skip 2 hari pnyer class??" then tepat kul 10 am..nurse laki cina tu..pgl i ar. he asked : kalo smpai kul 11 stil tade letrik, awak leh x dtg on bla bla bla......
pe gi, marah la i! i said :

he replied : eh bkn awak sorg je tau.ramai lagi.kite xleh jnji la sbb nk debond bkn snng n skjp. nak cuci gigi lg, nak cetak rahang br lg..nak bla3 lg..kalo pkul 11 br nk wat xsempat tau..awak blk la dulu..

masok2 je dup dap dup dap.bdebar gak sbb bkn my usual doc yg handle.tp doc laen..bt she was treating me very nicely spjg removal process tu..plg best die adress diri die aunty instead of suro saye pgl die doc! comel hehe.

saye duduk kat dental chair tu (or should i call it robot?haha) n doc or 'aunty' yg baek ati tu tekan la pedal tu..teeeeettt...the chair's moving down..my position adlah baring dgn keadaan kepala ke bwh. saye suke 'robot' tu sbb sume gerak *sendiri* kui3...air kuar sndri, mirror gerak sndri...hehe ofcoz la doc tekan kat bwh.ni ni tgk ni...


cmni ar lebey kurang..my phone rosak so xdpt amk the real pictures huhu..ok process debonding atau removal tu seriously i tell u,it was very painful. actualy, bukak tu xla skt sgt.. juz bunyi crack crack la kan sbb besi kat graham tu ketat..tp bile die stat scaling tu..process mencuci part gigi yg terselindung selama ni..argh..annoying gler ah..die kikis punye kikissss....sakit!! nk cuci tu i npk 4 mende die guna....


i dunnoe la names menda2 ni tp empat yg ni la forsure. pas 1, 1 lg die gune. msg2 punya kesakitan yg tersndri ergh..

then da hbs cuci dentist tu ckp one of my teeth mcm going to rosak tau. jd kene tampal. aduyai. skt cuci blm hbs g nk tmbh skt tampal plak. xpe ar..pasrah je lahh...

ok done part tanggal menangal cuci mencuci..

pastu nk cetak retainer plak..tau retainer tu ape? ni ha...

i kne pkai mende ni tuk retain gigi i dr move blk ke position yg dulu2..doc kate gg kite ni memory kuat tau..die ingt ktne tmpt asal die huk3 sedey dengor..i kne pkai 24 jam okih retainer ni..rimas2! lelangit palsu..ase gusi palsu sume palsu ar. argh! rimas. nk mkn xdpt nk taste tau x..pastu ckp jd pelat n word x btol.last2 i bkk je r haha. pkai certain tyme jer..nk tdo atau tgh wat keje br pkai..huhu..tlg la fhm rimass...i x sggp nk pkai 24hrs selama 6 bln ni..huhu..

ape pon..syukur braket2 gigi saye da 'gone' atlast. eating witout bracess mmg jauh lebih membahagiakan hehe..n saye ttp akn merajinkan diri utk flossing stp kali lpas mkn..n gosok gigi bersih2 :p

My diet programme....

recently..i asyk terrr...tengok kat tv..tmpt2 tuk kuruihkan badan..cne treatment die n so on..bkn nk tgk sgt pon..dah kate terr kan..waw..ok,okaiii.... 
i admit la, i am dying to be thin! .......nak kurus!!!

few days ago..my sis balik melaka..asking me to call my besties, hidayah.die dok tnye sal diet menu for those yg undergo slimming treatment la kan. then i tgk the menu..hm..ia terbhg pd dua..

1) hi-protein diet
2)lower carbohydrate diet

mcm interesting n mampu dilakukan..tapi..nah2 tgk dulu...

"Hi-protein diet"

BREAKFAST : skimmed milk + air masak + any one of these..(half-boiled egg/sosej/scramble egg)





 


LUNCH : any vegeS  w/out dressing / yong taufu / fishball soup / steamed chicken + air masak


DINNER : veges lagi + buah2an  + air.. adela option lain like (bean curd w chicken / fish grilled) yg ni adviseble mkn 3 jam before tito zzZZz...


p/s: green apple is the best tau utk diet.saye tgk kt TViQ hee...



"lower carbohydrate diet"

 BREAKFAST : susu + whole meal grain /oat / biscuits + air masak
 LUNCH :  chicken poridge / fish poridge / fishball noodle soup + veges + apple / orange / guava + air  





DINNER :   1/2 bowl rice + no limit of vege + fish or chicken grilled + buah2an + air masak


ok.so how? wat do u think? ape? not ok kah? huhu tp i realy have to diet lor..saye tertarik dgn satu teori ni..my bro in law buat n it works! die ikut program diet satu company ni. amway. sedar x yg actualy kite ni dah trained diri kita tok gain energy dr ape yg kite mkn? cth la k. saye ni, kalo x mkn weak je ase. bile da mkn especialy lunch..br ade tnga nk gerak lebey, ckp lebey hee..bila bdn kite da biase cmto...jd lemak2 yg tersmpan dok terperap x terguna..yela, katekan arini saye ambik kalori yg tggi tp tenaga yg diguna kurang dr pengambilan..kalori yg selebihnye jd lemak, tol?itu la yg dmaksudkan lemak tersmpan.esok masok lg 'lemak' baru, ade lg yg lebey n tmbh 'stok simpanan lemak'..hmm...my abg ipar mgunakan hi-protein diet di mana..kita hanye ambik protein as hidangan utama. no nasi or pape yg ade carbo. pelik? x caye?ade reason die yg sgt2 logic n true. ok, kite tau lemak yg bg kite tenaga kan? bile kita x amek mknn carbo..da xde sumber lemak yg bdn kite nk guna spt biasa d trained. jadi, nak xnak, bile da xde sumber baru, bdn kta akn guna lemak dulu2 kala yg kite smpan..haa.. cn u see tat? while inchi protein kita plak, pntg, utk pembinaan sel2 terutama sel utk otak...amat2 penting amik protein powder wat aer nyummy2..

baek la.berkuatkuasa 14 february..saye akn mula diet.heh3.nape bkn arini ea..sbb x ready agy..skg kt umah mmg temptation nk mkn byk+sedap2 sgt tggi. jd..xpela.bg la cik badan ni enjoy dulu hahaha...


my target : 



1)double chin- dun want.
2)jeans- loose la atleast huhu
3)my arm- comel sket lagi hee..
